Do the prices displayed include tax?

Yes - All prices displayed include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. Orders placed outside the taxable shipping zones (including the Channel Islands) will not be charged the 17.5% VAT.  Orders to residents of EU member states are subject to VAT at 17.5%.

Do I pay tax if I live outside the UK?

US and Canadian Residents order here: USA Canada

UE Residents: Orders to residents of EU member states are subject to VAT at 17.5%

Outside the EU: (including Channel Islands) Customers outside the EU are not charged the UK's Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence and are usually based upon your invoiced value. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

What are your courier's delivery hours in the UK?

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only. (Not bank holidays)

You will receive an automated email on despatch of your goods.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

For tweed and suede clothing (or any orders of an insurable value) our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For specific information on your order please log in to your account - The following are guidlines:

Tweed Clothing :

is usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within one working day of your order being placed on a 48hour (2 Working Day) courier.

Suede clothing:

is usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within one working day of your order being placed on a 48hour courier.

What if i receive my Garment and it does not fit?

As long as your item(s) has only been tried on inside and is still in ‘boxed’ condition, you can return it (them) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. (Please see the ‘terms and conditions' page for more information).

Are your online credit card payment systems secure?

We use a UK based online payment partner, Protx who handle all of our online card transactions in a secure environment using the latest security technology. We will not have access to your card details, and we will not store your card details.

Where can I visit your mobile retail units?

We attend a host of shows with our show units where you can come along and visit us.  For a list of our shows please see the 'Shows and Fairs' page.
